Established in 1994, Universal Networks, an independent, privately owned company, delivers the latest innovative products and services for networks to all industry types.

Through organic growth of the company Universal Networks became a Limited Company in 2003 and successfully became ISO9001: 2000 certified in November 2007.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, and our internal structure allows us to be very efficient and responsive on all areas of sales and support. We pride ourselves in our fresh outlook to customer service and believe in maintaining traditional values of speaking to every customer, discussing their needs and requirements and delivering on these; we do not use automated systems.

• In order to deal with business demands our working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm
