I ordered 2 made to measure cat 6 cables late on Tuesday night over the internet. As promised, on Wednesday morning I received a telephon ecall before 10 am to confirm the details and to collect payment. I chose standard delivery and was told the cables would arrive by Friday. They arrived early Thursday morning. I was very impressed by the friendliness,efficiency and quality of the products I received. Why can't all businesses be this good. Ps if you are a happy DIY'r don't bother making up your own cables this is the hassle free way to get your cabling done. Thank you to all at Universal. It isn't often in this modern world that I receive service this good.

I needed the end with the power cord for UK, and the person who attended my call was a very helpful man, who took his time to check for the product that I was needing, giving the price and placed the order. I placed an order with Universal for some parts I was struggling to get hold of anywhere else. The service I received was great, and despite my order being placed pretty late I still received the items first thing the next morning. I wouldn't hesitate to use Universal again.

I am pleasantly surprised with your customer service which is first class. These days it is the'norm' to hardly ever direct have contact with anyone when purchasing items on the net, but you went out of your way to telephone me regarding my order, which was anyway,despatched very quickly. You also agreed to send the item by post instead of your normal carrier at my request to reduce the cost. I am very impressed with the product and your service and would highly recommend your company to anyone.

I contacted Universal Networks because I needed a fibre optic cable to join two buildings, the person I spoke to on the phone (Liz Mill) was very polite and knew exactly what I needed to do the job. I will be using Universal Networks in the future for all my fibre cabling needs.

Excellent technical service. I phoned to order a large quantity of fibre patch leads for a new network, working to a very tight deadline. They asked what I was connecting and I sent them a kit list. They spotted that the ends I had specified (from our network design documents) differed from the connections they would have expected on those models of Cisco router. They were correct, our network design documentation was wrong. Due to their expertise and diligence I was able to order correctly and have it delivered the next day, just in time for the project. Had they not checked, I would have ordered the wrong cables and had to cancel the weekend's planned migration.

Universal Networks was the only place I could find it the UK selling white Ethernet cables and not only that, but to any length you want. Which when you've got cables running around your house and you don't want them to be the first thing people see, is good news.
