You can place an order for our networking products by the following methods:

Prices

All prices quoted throughout the web site are not inclusive of VAT which will be added at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. Exceptions are direct shipments overseas.

Payment methods

1. Cheque

We are only able to accept cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank.

Paying by cheque does slow down your order somewhat as we do not send the items to you until your funds clear.

2. Credit Card

We accept payment by the following:

3. Trade Account

Applications for a Trade Account need to be made by contacting sales by telephone, fax or e-mail.

4. Bank Transfer

Direct transfer to our Bank in pounds sterling. Our Bank details can be provided on request.

Returns Procedures

No goods shall be returned without written authorisation and a Returns Number from Universal Networks. To obtain a Returns Number you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager.

Cancellation of Order

Universal shall be entitled to claim £10.00 or 10% of the value (whichever is greater) of any order cancelled after 24 hours from our receipt of an order provided the goods have not been despatched to the customer.*

If the goods have been despatched to the customer any order cancelled within 14 days may be returned as long as a) the period is less than 14 days since despatch, b) the goods have not been used and all original packaging and contents are present c) the goods and packaging have not been damaged. Universal shall be entitled to charge £10.00 or 25% of the value (whichever is greater).*

*For made-to-order cables, the cancellation of order or return of any cables and associated refund will be discretionary.

In either case, any credit issued will be less freight and debit/credit card charges where applicable.
